Joe Smith has over 36 years of experience in the building trades; graduating in 1982 from Central Vocational Tech where he won a gold medal in the 1982 Building Trades/Maintenance State competition.   He has worked as a carpenter, or a foreman since graduation. It was a natural fit to create Pro 1 Construction and he is excited to be his own boss.

Joe has extensive experience with electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, tile and hardware. He is also experienced working with owners and architects and other sub-contractors. Joe is up to date on necessary licenses and certifications.
